Shipments and returns

Clothing Items

Most clothing items are tailor made to your exact specifications and can take up to 20 days to be completed before dispatch. We request that all buyers are patient with this time frame, to ensure we provide the best quality results.

Full support is available and all queries will be answered within 24 hours. All clothing items are shipped from our China factory directly to your door.

All Other Items

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of an item. Refunds / Replacements will only be issued once an item is returned to us in brand new condition (No tears, stains or damage).

Michael Jackson VIP is not responsible for any damage that occurs to items during transit. Refunds will only be offered in the event of an item being incorrect, or if the item has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition (*Please note, this means if an item is received without damaged packaging, but is still in an unsatisfactory condition).
